Brewed with Olde Salem Brewing Company's proprietary brand of Mill Mountain coffee, a Papua New Guinea bean with a Vienna Roast. Beefeater Gin, fresh lemon juice, lemon oleo with rosemary, shaken and poured over rocks with a twig of fresh, aromatic rosemary to garnish. The perfect winter cocktail 🌲

In our opinion, the Salem, Virginia Street Department has the best snow removal team in the country (including those northern states). They make it possible for Salem citizens to drive safely, and for businesses like ours to stay open. We can dispel the rumor that Salem has heated streets because we’ve seen the plows in action! Pictured is our kitchen manager, Seth Guthrie, making 6 gallons of Big Don’s Chili for the street department today. We also supplied them with 6 pizzas and a 5 foot sub. Gotta keep those hard working men and women fed! The Katie Salad has been on the menu since 1988 when Bob’s first daughter Katie was born. She recently got engaged to her boyfriend Geoff in Asheville, NC after he was in the hospital for a week with a collapsed lung. After a scary and stressful stay, Geoff proposed on his last day in the hospital with the help of nurses, doctors and a close friend to secretly drop off the ring. In sickness and in health! Congrats Katie and Geoff! 🍾💍💕
